The 'Backstage Crew'
Remember when you were this little kid performing a song/dance/elocution for the first time on the stage. The crowd in front of you was so huge and loud that it terrified 'the little you'. But somehow you did it. Because there were these handful of people perhaps in the backstage or behind the curtains or in the front row of the audience, to support you no matter what. They were there to help, to mouth the words when you forgot the next line of the song, to lift you up when you fell down in the middle of the dance, to show you the next dance move through gestures and actions, to set the stage and make sure that you are in the spot light. It was not just you performing, but they too did it all along. And slowly you forgot the crowd, you only saw him/her, doing these weird gestures with you.
